First of all, the fact that All British Casino is based in Malta is hardly the great reveal you seem to think it is. 😅
A significant portion of the UK gambling industry operates from Malta whilst holding UKGC licences and serving UK customers perfectly legally.
As for your gameplay, thank you for mentioning the games you mainly play. Duck Hunters and Gator Hunters are both rated as EXTREME volatility slots by NoLimit City, who by the way are the ones who creates the games and sets the algorithms.
The max win probabilities are approximately 1 in 22 million spins and 1 in 16 million spins respectively.
The comment about "not once have I won anything near what they advertise" also gave me a bit of a chuckle. If by "advertise" you mean the max wins, then no kidding. Most players will never hit them.
And if you're referring to RTP, that's not a promise for your personal session either. RTP is a long-term theoretical return calculated over billions of simulated spins by the game provider, not a guarantee of what happens over a few sessions on your account...
Your second "discovery" regarding payments is equally unremarkable. L&L Europe is the operating company behind All British Casino, along with several other brands. Seeing L&L Europe on a payment statement is therefore entirely expected.
And finally, regarding the reviews. Trustpilot has its own systems, checks and moderation processes. I'm pretty sure checking IP addresses is one of them. So I'm afraid the theory that all positive reviews are fake simply because they don't match your personal experience doesn't really hold much weight.
I would strongly suggest doing a few fact checks before posting rants like this in the future, because the only thing you've really exposed here is your own misunderstanding of how the industry works.

Up until recently had no issues. Buy today they asked me to provide proof of the two bank cards im using on the account. Back in September last year like many of us do I switched banks to get the cash incentive so from thst point the account was closed and the new one active. So I provided details of my current card and explained that I could not give them the other one as it no longer exists. They said I should provide a bank statement from back in Sep showing I used the card back them with their casino. I explained like modern day banks I dont have paper statements and to go through my old bank , trying g to remember all my details and go through id checks to get a statement that I will be charged for was ludicrous. So I said I wont provide that so feel free to cancel my account if it's a non negotiation area. They emailed me back to say sorry your closing your account if it was because of gambling issues etc etc..it was because they asked for something that was ridiculous to ask for. You will lose more customers this way

You've literally seen me play for 8 months on the current method and you verified it. You could have asked me to provide a Account Closure Letter which would have been easier for me to get hold of but this wasn't offered

The information requested from you formed part of an Enhanced Due Diligence review, which we are legally required to carry out under our UKGC obligations. The purpose of the process is to verify the source of funds used on the account, and it is not something we can simply choose to skip.
A small clarification as well, we never requested a paper statement. As you correctly pointed out, modern banking is largely digital, and a PDF statement is perfectly acceptable and preferred.
I completely understand that you felt the request was more hassle than it was worth, but unfortunately, we cannot complete the EDD process or proceed without verifying the payment method... :/
That said, I do appreciate your email where you mentioned that you otherwise found us to be "quite a good" site. It's just a shame we couldn't get past the regulatory requirements.

I think there may still be some confusion about the purpose of the request.
This was not a KYC check to verify your current payment method. It formed part of an Enhanced Due Diligence review.
Based on activity on the account, a threshold was reached where we became legally required to verify the source of funds used to deposit on the site as part of our anti-money laundering obligations under the UKGC. That is why documentation relating to the previous payment method remained relevant, despite it no longer being active.

I understand the frustration of missing out on a promotion, however the bonus was not something that disappeared after you deposited.
All bonuses must be claimed from the personal bonus section before making a deposit. In your case, bonus functionality had already been disabled on the account at registration, meaning there were no bonuses available to claim in the first place. Had you checked the bonus section before depositing, you would have seen that there was nothing available to activate.
Whilst I appreciate the disappointment, this is not a case of a bonus being withheld after the fact.

There's something very fishy about these 5* reviews - but that aside, just a rubbish site. Difficulties right from the offset, I'd strongly suggest just going somewhere that doesn't look like it's made and ran by a 5 year old - there's certainly plenty of choice.

Poor poor site. Just checked my deposit against my withdrawals. £1700 deposited over a couple of years, with £180 withdrawn. Time to delete this site from my bank statement!
Just a quick update for ebba, who replied to my comment from this sad casino site, your job title dont entitle you to throw direct comments towards customer on your platform who have had poor experiences. The deposit and withdrawal numbers on their own do not really tell the full story though...
I had a look through your gameplay from this year, and whilst there were no max wins, there were multiple occasions where you turned smaller deposits into significantly larger balances. For example, a £25 deposit on the 4th of April reached £235, and another £25 deposit on the 28th of March reached £303. Both balances were then fully played down rather than withdrawn.
So this is not really a case of the site being "poor". It is more a case of chasing bigger wins instead of cashing out while ahead, which is completely your choice, but not really something that can then be blamed on the casino afterwards.
I think closing your account was a good choice. Gambling should be entertainment, not an expectation of profit.
And judging by the majority of your other reviews, I do suspect you may enjoy gambling a lot more once you accept reality.

The "technical glitch" explanation from support was a simple way of explaining that your account had been temporarily restricted for an internal review before deposits could be enabled. Checks like these are in place to help prevent misuse of the platform. Once completed, deposits and gameplay are enabled as normal.

Please do not use this company. I was recommended but what a scam. Deposit £100s of pounds over a period and no real payout, bonuses won but only a bit, enough to cover deposited amount for the game and a couple of pound more - account down by £100s if not more. Do not recommend on any level other than money withdrawn is quick but you do not get that opportunity much!!!
