I had not received a confirmation from the campsite that the reservation was accepted within 1 week of going on my trip. When reaching out to AllCamps support, they were able to confirm reservation within a couple of hours.
We have very easily booked our vacation camp.we also received in a very short time over all the necessary information. Now I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the vacation and surely gonna rate again😉
Reaching incredible nature of Sardinia goes together with poor quality of the local accommodation and attitude of the people. The camping we decided to book gave us the first impression with rude behaviour and really unsatisfactory level of service. Just to mention a few examples like the receptionist refused to give a glass of water to our daughter the very first day we arrived and were about to check in, 30min waiting to pay the tourist tax , only one person working while rest 3 only watching. It is our 5 th day now and 3times we needed to call support to fix the boiler......The mentality of the Sardinias relying only to what mother Nature gifted is not enough to make their guests comfortable to spend money it needs also passion and hard work to make it valuable experience... to to be continued
