So easy to complete. Will, our consultant walked through the process diligently, helped explain everything including any queries we had. Such an easy, quick process. I ended up booking my insurance too through Will after completing my mums insurance, purely because of his mannerism, helpfulness, and his knowledge of the industry. A very delightful man.

Although expensive it covers all my medical conditions which is essential when travelling overseas.
Will was helpful and friendly when working through the application process.

The application was very easy to understand and follow and the price was most affordable and conducted in a businesslike manner
An improvement would be to separately itemise the amounts payable and charged by AllClear for cancellation, medical and existing medical conditions. In addition there should be an excess maximum of $500 over and above the $150 and $300 choices in order to lower the premium payable.

After getting ridiculous quotes for declaring chronic conditions that don’t affect my ability to travel or even outright refusal, I was recommended by someone in the industry to try All Clear. Complete relief and great prices. If you’re travelling to the US they are particularly advantageous and I’m not making them my regular travel insurer.

Hard to give a review as didnt claim anything. This is where you find out about an insurance company. Other to that it was a simple process to get insurance and would use again.

Still believe that travelling with cancer while in remission costs way too much. Just sayin

I did my quote online and read the PDS. Then before purchasing it, I rang and spoke with Fletcher who explained the many questions that I had abd was very knowledgeable about it. He even started online with me to ensure it was processed properly. I did a review of All-Clear reviews of people claiming on their All-Clear travel insurance policy, and as much as I'd give Fletcher a 5 out of 5 for his help, I really don't know if a travel insurance company is effective until someone needs to make a claims. It seems that the exact medical language is very important for pre existing medical issues. My initial purchase was good, really good, however, the true measure of the travel insurance is for the unlikely event that you need to claim on it.

It was very easy to use the website , so great to find a travel insurance company willing to insure me - I have No Detectable Cancer and clear scans ands blood profiles for some time, and although still required to have treatment- this is the first time I’ve been able to travel with insurance since diagnosis - I feel it’s opened up the world for me again.

I was having lots of problems with other insurance companies, but then I found all clear travel insurance Australia, and got a lovely lady named Tracy. Well this lady went above and beyond went through everything with me not once twice to make sure everything was covered to yourself a favor phoning and ask for Tracy you’ll get A1 Customer Service.

It had everything I needed fir our trip. The person I spoke too made it easy to understand and was very polite and helpful
