Very helpful
The customer service agents were very helpful. I actually forgot to declare a medical condition, but I just rang up and they updated the policy for me without it being a big deal. We haven't gone on our holiday yet, but I feel confident that if anything should come up that they will be very good to deal with.

My experience was great because AllClear Travel was prepared to provide travel insurance for my daughter with a number of health issues. Easy to follow form filling for medical…
Easy to follow form filling for medical inclusions but when you see Kidney Failure with not the right choice for your condition it's a bit in your face, when there are several stages of the disease and no other choices. Mild is my case but no box for that.
When I had to call the lady, Ceia? Cia? (spelling) was most helpful and explained my queries well.

Peace of Mind
Very easy to communicate with. I choose AllClear to travel with because as someone in my 70s with pre-existing conditions, I know I will be able to secure appropriate travel insurance that will safeguard any unforeseen events while travelling and at a fair market rate. I consider the cost of appropriate travel insurance given my age and health to be an integral part of the overall travel cost. There are cheaper options in the marketplace, but I travel knowing AllClear will protect me.
