I ordered wallpaper with next day delivery on line, which I needed urgently. However, they came back saying the wallpaper was out of stock. I emailed them saying it was urgent and i needed it by the end of the week. Paul was excellent keeping me updated and managed to get the wallpaper to me on time. Really nice to have a company that uses real humans and not chat bots! A pleasure to deal with & I would order again.

Told a pack of lies on the telephone, payed for next day delivery which I will demand a full refund for, as this is not the case! they sent it via Royal Mail tracked 48,
So full of crap, I was told it was at the sorting office yesterday another lie and that it would be delivered today again another lie, my decorator has been waiting about to do the work! Totally untrustworthy liars.
I wouldn’t recommend them to a Rat! there’s far more superior suppliers.
I should have stuck with, lesson learnt.
My advice is stay well clear!
shop else where so the same shoddy service doesn’t happen to you, total disgrace.

Outstanding service, ordered Wednesday evening arrived Friday morning. Why use the big boys when you get a proper job from a local trader. 👍😀

Cannot recommend Allen Braithwaite highly enough. Paul went above and beyond to assist me and found exactly what we needed by thinking out of the box. We had just about given up locating a certain wallpaper... but Paul saved the day! Very grateful indeed to Allen Braithwaite and will definitely be using them again when next needed.

Braithwait promised me a refund of 11 months commission by the end of April 2024 which never transpired. This is due to a bad tenant that abandoned my property over very minor issues after 2 months, they left without paying a months rent. Stuart then promised half the commission (when it should be a full refund) by the end of May which never transpired. Currently Stuart, Alan & Fulad now ignore calls, texts & emails. I have asked what the progress is with the deposit that I am owed, as well as the original contract to send to bailiffs because the tenants didn’t pay their bills, yet I have heard nothing back. During the entire short tenancy it would take Alan 1-2 weeks to respond to each email even if the questions within the email are important. I have worked with agents in Manchester, California, London & Spain and I can say I have never experienced such appalling treatment. Unless you want to deal with headache after headache I would not recommend Braithwait, they are not trustworthy or responsive they have caused me financial issues due to refusing to pay what is owed therefore they have no integrity… all the other agents I have worked with in the past or currently have responded within 48 hours and refunded money in a matter of days.

Had issues with a Laura Ashley product, who I wouldn't recommend. However, the customer service from Allen Braithwaite was excellent and they went above and beyond. Thank you to Paul for his help.

Excellent customer service. I wanted a specific wallpaper, needed 14 rolls, no one had that many rolls but, I was called by a lovely member of their team, who secured the amount from their supplier and had it to me the following week. Such a wonderful team. Thank you all so much and I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. I ordered sample wallpapers and they were delivered quickly. I have purchased wallpaper and paint from them before. I highly recommend this company.
