I have ordered a couple of articles from AllesVoorTuinen.nl one week ago. All articles were indicated as either on stock or deliverable within 1-3 days. Automatic confirmation came immediately.
One week later: Nothing.
My email request for a delivery date was not answered.
I ordered birthday present for my son. I received the half of my order quite quickly, but the other half came with more than one week delay, after some e-mails and phone calls. The people I have contacted were at least friendly and serviable.
I ordered flowerpots with them and was told that delivery time would be 3-5 days. Instead I had to wait for more than 4 weeks!! (Consequence: Plants I bought went bad, lost days taken off from work, etc.). It appears that they systematically mislead/deceive and lie to clients about delivery times. They indicate dates knowing that they will not be able to keep them. Throughout the 4 weeks I was waiting, they continued to claim on their website that delivery time for exactly the pots I ordered would be 3 days... Had I known this I would have ordered the same articles cheaper with another company (who was honest in saying that waiting time would be 3 weeks). They are a cheat.
I could have ordered the product I wanted in different places but chose AllesVoorTuinen because the website stated that they had my order on stock and delivery would be within 3-5 days after payment. This was NOT true. After they received my order and patment - THEN they proceeded to order my product somewhere else meaning that I waited for it 14 days instead.
