I ordered online to collect. When I went to collect on the allotted day only one costume was ready so had to go back which was highly inconvenient. Costumes not great quality for the money

Purchased the child's Angel costume, the material of the dress was a bit thin and see through, but for the price paid £9.99 was fine and was as described. Have had several other costumes in the past and they have been better quality but were a bit more expensive - so I think you do get what you pay for here. Service is perfect, ordered over the internet and collected the next day.

Can't pretend its designer fabric or haute couture sewing but if you need a fancy dress outfit at a reasonable price it fits the bill.

I would definitely recommend this company for fancy dress costumes. I phoned up the day before I needed the costume, they had the costume and size I required in stock. An hour later I picked it up from their premises! My youngest daughter was delighted and has worn the costume (Supergirl) several times since. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful.

Hi i brought my captain sailors outfit for my 30th birthday party on the boat and was amazed by how quick i got it and the service i had of them, Its really comfy and i must also say that i do look rather sexy wearing it haha.I will be recomending anyone i know doing fancy dress to get there outfit from these guys.

I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They are the only company I could find that had the costume I was waiting for! They have great selection and ship out immediately! Hi Ordered 3 outfits and I did leave it a little late but they arrived a couple of days later. Kids opened them when they got in from school and we discovered that my son was missing is face mask. I called and spoke to Steven on Friday 23rd 4.45pm he apologized and said he would send out another, I explained that the event was the following day and it probably not arrive on time but would be good to have it anyway to complete the outfit. Couldn't believe it, Saturday afternoon the mask arrived in time for the party, amazing service !! Thank you so much Allfancydress brilliant service.

My friend and I have been looking for Abba cat costumes. Only site that had them for sale (not hire) and in stock. I ordered them on Friday and they arrived following Thursday. Why am I excited-because I live in Australia!
We also ordered white boots at the same time from a costume site in Australia and they have only just been dispatched so Allfancydress wins hands down.
Will definitely look again should I need costumes in the future. Questions by email always answered promptly and I was very confident that the costumes would arrive in time for our party (which they did) with more than enough time to spare.

I am extremely disappointed this company. I have never given negative assessments. My view that sometimes events should be treated as life's school. However this time I think the feedback is warranted.

Purchased a costume for my son. Next day delivery was on time...perfect.
However the costume was tried on and returned back to the packaging straight after. Too big for my son (10 years old) despite the website citing 8-10 years.
I returned the costume but the company refused to refund on the bases of 'snags' on the costume. The costume was in perfect condition when I put the costume back in its packaging.
I can only assume that they are making excuses for not refunding and not acting professionally or with honesty.

Additionally I am extremely disappointed in that your website does not indicate the sizes of the costumes. My son is 10 years old and to be honest is shortest in his school year. But your website states ages 8 – 10 years.
Great that other customers have received good service. But I have not.
Disgusted !!

I bought a "Where's Wenda" outfit for school to wear on World Book Day. It was AWESOME. Arrived on time and I thought it was excellent value for money, as it included stripey top, skirt, the best stripey tights ever, hat and glasses. The children and my colleagues at school loved it. My 11 year old son was mortified by his embarrassing mother. I would definitely buy again.
