Refused to take a return saying made to order but sizing is totally wrong.
Poor quality too.
It is supposed to fit someone size 8-10 I'm an 8 and 5ft 4 with a slim build and I can't even get the body suit over my shoulders it’s really short.
My daughter is a size 6 and smaller and also can't?
It's also not lined so the sequins dig into you?
I was refused a refund even though its an online item and all sizes are the same therefor not bespoke?

Like others have said, non-existent customer service. I bought a weekend bag for my daughter and it started falling to bits on the first use. Expensive rubbish. Buy from someone else

If you want the worst customer service in the world buy from here. They will completely ignore you :) would give 0 stars if i could

Great homemade clothes with a reasonable price tag.
I've been shopping with this boutique for 2yrs now and I can honestly say that every item I've bought has been well received.
The clothes are gorgeous, some sizes fit bigger than others, but there is a box when you order, you can put your body measurements in, so you receive the perfect fit.
I've heard some people say the customer service is non-existent but I've always received a reply, this is a small handmade business that is growing by the day and customers need to take that into account.
The owner always posts if she is away or busy sorting out customers parcels, which alot of companies don't do.
I would definitely recommend this boutique, and it is definitely one of my favourite places to shop online.

I ordered some shorts which arrived too large so I emailed, called and then also messaged on instagram which all got no response. Have been completely ignored. Poor customer service.
