Ihad a leak on my boiler,as a customer of Yourepair - my boiler warranty company - Excellent company briliant boiler repair plans from £10.00/mth, as is mine. They sent their engineers- Allgas Northwest to diagnose the problem immediate response from Kelsey in the office. She arranged for the engineer Dean to come out,he called me within 30 mins. arrived,diagnosed repair,ordered parts. Excellent service . Ten out of Ten

Full service and good advice from Dean. Thorough inspection, service and testing of boiler and non-vented tank. Hpe to see you again next year fella. Cheers

Josh arrived on time and did an excellent job. He is very pleasant and professional. The fault on my boiler was identified and fixed within a short period of time. I would highly recommend him.

I had a small leak in my water tank. An engineer came out and said it required a new part. I waited a week and another engineer came out and said the part ordered was incorrect and it needed a further two new parts but the engineer worked on the tank and confirmed the tank was still okay to use. On returning to my home an hour later the entire tank was gushing water and my downstairs was flooded and caused damage to my property. I tried to call the engineer back but he didn't pick up his phone. On contacting the company this morning I have been advised the engineer is unavailable (they did disclose personal details as to why which I'm sure breaches data protection laws but I won't repeat here) and they would not send anybody out to my property to fix the problem they have caused. Terrible service and no customer service at all!

I have had an engineer from ALL GAS NORTH WEST to come and service my gas boiler.

The engineer came yesterday and serviced my gas boiler. He went outside to look at my mounted white gas meter box.

He told me that the was no earth bonding in the box, and that if he, or anyone else, got an electric shock that "I would be getting a claim, as it was my responsibility as the house owner to ensure it is safe".

I immediately contacted Cadent Gas who installed the box in 2021. They have been brilliant, and an engineer has come today and said the earthing cable is in the mains, in my cupboard, that the earth wire is in there. And there is no way anyone would get an electric shock from the outside white meter box. And very kindly (even though, it was compliant with 2021 Regulations) moved the wire to the outside box.

I am elderly and disabled, and this has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety.

This is the consequences of engineers not doing their job properly.

Fantastic service today on my boiler. Sorry I didn’t get the young lads name but he was fantastic, promptly identifying a leak and repairing it.

Dean was an excellent plumber. He fixed the situation in my house I would highly recommend him five stars to him.

Lee has just been to fix a leaking valve on my hot water tank system. The parts needed were on the van, and my heating was working again in under half an hour. Professional, polite and friendly - would highly recommend. Thank you!

Josh was truly brilliant never had such a pleasant and helpful young man! He is so knowledgeable about boilers and clever, he fixed the boiler for me as I was left without hot water and heating. Thank you so much Josh I am so grateful.

The engineer (Dean) fixed the problem very promptly with no issues, replaced the old existing pipe with a complete new one. Left the area nice & clean & leak free. Highly recommend.

Dean from AllGas North fixed some faulty radiators this morning.

Answered all of our questions, explaining everything clearly, showed and told us what the issues were and what we can do help prevent them from happening again, and, most importantly, fixed the faulty radiators and balanced the heat in all of the other radiators the house.
