4 years ago we paid them to get us out of a timeshare in Hilton Head and they also got us into a MUlti Resort Ownership that we have never used and it has doubled our headache. Plus Calvin Wells with them cannot be reached.

Contracted with them almost 2 years ago and have not heard one single word from them. A TOTAL RIP OFF.
Would not recommend them for anything !

Me and my wife met with Alliance Resort Group back a couple months ago. We worked with a Rep named Ian and Matt. I can genuinely say it felt like the first time in our entire experience with timeshare that we were talking to people that actually cared. They followed through with their promises and guarantees and we are already free of the liability our timeshare burdened us with. Alliance Resort Group is definitely a blessing.

With all the business promising to get you free and clear from your timeshares, I have to say I was a bit sceptical of any business saying they can get you out. Alliance was recommended to me by a friend. From the beginning till the deal was finalized I can honestly say it was a pleasure doing business with them. Now I don't have to worry about my monthly 658.00 payment to something I can never use. Thank you Mr.Jones.

In a world of greedy companies that only care about money , these guys were the first to make me feel like a person instead of a number. They took the time to get to know me and my family and at no point pressured me into anything. You can tell these guys care about clients and I will be doing business with them again because of that.

Great company to work with, fast and efficient. I can call and get updates anytime I like from their professional staff who are always kind and helpful. I like to get to the point and get work done, I could not have found a better company that mirrors that same sentiment. I would highly recommend them without a second thought to my family and friends. Alliance Resort Group is just a step above the rest whether you are discussing customer service or just business ethics in general!!!

Just received an early bday present this last Wednesday! For the first time since we regretfully bought into this whole timeshare mess, we actually left feeling relieved. We came with low expectations that this was on the up and up. That someone there could help us possibly get out from underneath it all. This was the 3rd time my husband Ian and I have attended a so-called "update" about our timeshares and frankly, we've been burned in the past with empty promises that always cost us a pretty penny. Money that our family could've used for other things. My husband being skeptical was an understatement. Lol but, we attended anyway and when we walked in, a very well dressed gentlemen greeted us. After he introduced himself as Ace with Alliance Resort Group, he knelt down and shook our 5 year olds hand. We thought wow! That's never happened before. He was different from the very beginning and the way he spoke with us was very down to earth, unlike the others we've dealt with. He listened to what we needed as a family to do and never once, pushed any kind of hidden agenda. He was very informative and took his time explaining our options, all the while engaging our son Jackson. We felt like actual people and not on a conveyor belt again. The whole experience was a pleasant one from the time we got there till the time we left. I whole heartedly recommend their services!
