Worst as it may not be

Worst as it may not be. The insurance company operator CHANGED the prescription written by doctor and basing on edited document refused to cover medical treatment. At first original handwritten prescription was approved by Allianz and 30 minutes later when the patient was already taking the treatment a new document came to the hospital with refusal to cover expenses (!!) basing on the same document but edited by insurance company (face - not TEETH - MRI changed from theurapy to dentist treatment)!! Comments from the manager responsible for corporate client to the patient's claim "you are not in Europe, we are in Egypt and here we work like that".
Not a single case, multiple cases like that
