I am terribly sorry that this has happened to you. Obviously, we are reliable on our partners such as UPS to do a job which is to our standards. This failed here. However, you did not leave us with a phone number which we ask for in the checkout. Therefore, the UPS driver had no way to reach you when you weren't home. Due to COVID measures, which are known by now, they then attempt a "contactless delivery". Such as in your case, leaving the package at a secure spot.
We will definitely reach out to UPS to find out what went wrong, however, please make sure to provide all necessary information, such as a phone number, for secure deliveries in the future.

Raffle win ...... More like loss
Not sure why but I upon winning a raffle for some yeezys I was definitely happy however when they arrived the ups man told me I was to pay £55 GBP to accept them i was gutted as no other site I've used from all around Europe have incurred charges from customs so I refused the package now I'm being messaged by allike as I apparently need to sort an issue with customs again and may incur more charges I'm not sure why as I was never in possession of the shoes .... Very unhappy this raffle win will end up being a loss financially

first of all, we apologize for the matter and all the confusion. Unfortunately, we do not currently pre-pay any customs & duties charges for customers - as is the case with many other retailers. Since the departure of the UK from the EU on January 1st 2021, the UK invokes customs & duties charges on deliveries from the EU.
All of these information are outlined in our FAQ, our T&Cs, our shipping information and one more time shortly before entering the Raffle draw. We have made this as transparent as possible so that every customer knows what will/might be incurred when importing goods to their country. Still, we understand that in the excitement of entering a raffle, this might get overlooked.
We will try to support you as much as possible to sort this out but, per our T&Cs, cannot be held liable for the actual import duties. Thank you for understanding.

The package arrived after 4 working day so it was relatively fast(given that I live in Italy). overall a positive experience. Recommended

I had to return some shoes that were the wrong size (my fault) to this company they helped me and refunded me the cost of the shoes as we couldn't get the correct size. Very honest and trustworthy company. Make sure you get your sizes right otherwise you will end up paying postage x 2 even when returning goods.
