Excellent customer service

Placed an online order late Friday night and received a call early Saturday morning informing me one item was out of stock and would i like to proceed with order. I did and it arrived well packaged on the tuesday and refund dealt with promptly. Excellent customer service

How arrogant.

Went here to buy garden centre vouchers for a relative who does not live locally. I am amazed that they only sell their own and not the National vouchers that are universally accepted at garden centres (including this store!). We ended up at Gordon Rigg and they sell the National vouchers and also had a lovely lunch.

absolutely spot on!

Very quickly delivered and what I ordered was expertly packaged to prevent any damages. I highly recommend the company. My first time using them and I’m highly impressed.

Delivery refund

I got a call to say a package i ordered missed the next day delivery slot. The delivery cost was £6, so i was told i’d get a few pounds refunded. I was sent a 95p refund. Seemed a bit insulting. Especially as there was only one delivery option in the 1st place.

poor cafe garden centre empty

Place looked bare putting Christmas decorations out Cafe diabolical menu unappetising lasagna soup of day and sandwich sausage chips very poor and expensive What happens to this restaurant it was. Lovely years ago with beautiful salads in summer and beautiful food Now cafe out of date food and decor Not many eating having coffee If you look at what alit Of garden centre done with good healthy food modern and up market Bents nottcuts
