I would recommend this company!
I ordered some Christmas lights replacement bulbs. Not sure if these were the correct one’s for my tree as it was hard to tell by the picture provided. I received my order 3day’s after I placed it! So overall a very good company!

Placed an order which was accepted
Placed an order which was accepted. A couple of days later received a notification of refund, no explanation or anything. A few hours later received confirmation that the order had been cancelled - again no explanation. Had to order elsewhere, poor experience overall.

Very efficient service product unfit for purpose
Very efficient service. Had problems with product that arrived damaged. Staff were very helpful and have replaced the parts twice as both were damaged on arrival. I would score staff 5 stars but the product is useless and not fit for purpose so would score that nil stars. I'm out of pocket by nearly £20. Very annoying.
