Excellent service

Excellent service, very quick delivery and they took time to ring me when the order couldn't be fulfilled suggesting an alternative, I will happily continue to be customer

First of all I ordered Mother pride …

First of all I ordered Mother pride read, it did not give you the option to pick a date, but hen stuff was missing off the order to pay for shipping even though postage was charged too. Chelsea whoppers, were not chelsea whoppers, I dont know what they were but they were disgusting and covered in tones of cocoa powder which went everywhere, I must admit the only thing in the order that was ok was the lollies, I would not order from here again.

I am glad you received your order and find a shame having to complain to a social platform when not really giving the correct details here.So as a company will explain.
Yes you ordered bread, as a company we cannot specify a time or date when delivery as not a supermarket.
If felt this way prior not sure why ordered.
When ordering bread on our website on every page it states if buying bread you have to select courier as a perishable item. On every page it states this am afraid.
Yourself chose to select Royal Mail at £3 postage. If the bread was to go second class would reach you mouldy and unfit to eat. So you have not mentioned here you never seen this and what you selected postage wise. You opted for the cheapest postage.
The sweets are a coca based sweet and in a clear wrapper so would see the style of sweets and the way packed.
As for when delivering you receive an email saying despatched which you received and then a text message from the courier giving a time for delivery on the day. Not once did you email or call the shop as open to 10pm, 7 days a week to ever query or complain re the order but took to this to criticise

As a company we cannot be held responsible if not reading the instructions before ordering.

Prompt delivery, carefully packaged and all enquiries answered very quickly and with humour, making the experience personal despite all being done online.
