I have used Allmark twice now - the first time they were great but on the second occasion an item was missing. When I queried this I got a ridiculous answer suggesting not only was I wrong, but that someone had drilled a hole in the box and extracted the one item and replaced the packaging. They said "I, myself packed your sweets and know they were there in a sealed unit as they have to leave here like that.
Was there a hole in the box, had the box been tampered with?" He then suggested I contact the Post Office. This makes me think this is a one man and his dog company. Poor service with people who have no idea of customer service. I will never use these people again nor will any of the people I know.

Got 4 flavours for my girlfriend (Irn Bru, Root beer, Lemon and Orange and Ginger). All of them were very nice!!! What was nicer was some extra ginger rock and a nice note saying it was the last of a batch! Was a lovely little surprise :)

We bought blue raspberry flavoured bon bons to use as favours for our wedding. The colour matched our scheme perfectly.

They were chewy, tasted great and made your tongue blue. The tasted like bubblegum. The kids (and the adults) absolutely loved them.

We would recommend them. They're great!!

Absolutely brilliant place. When anybody buys chocolate over the Internet you never really know weather it will be good or not but ALL the chocolate I have bought from Allmark sweets have been beautiful and it just melts in the mouth, scrumdidlieumptious lol. The ONLY problem that I have come across is when I have ordered 'Bread and potatoe scones- I thought that this was scones but it's not! It's a loaf of Very heavy dense bread. Otherwise everything else has been absolutely beautiful and arrived on time as stated.

Paid for gift wrap, none came. Was given a refund but no apology.

Delicious alternative to normal sweets. A welcome treat for the diabetics amongst us.

I was overjoyed to find my favourite black cinammon balls on sale at Allmarksweets. These are VERY rare south of the border, so I had no hesitation at ordering up a kilo. It seemed like I'd barely put the mouse down before the well-packaged box was delivered to my home address - in reality, the parcel must have been made up and sent the day after my order, and reached me the day after that - but it felt a lot quicker! I have no hesitation in recommending Allmarksweets' online shop, & will be using them again soon myself, just as soon as I've sucked and crunched my way through this lot!! Well done!!

This was supposed to be a xmas gift for a friend, was happy with the goods but was not expecting it to be so small and looks quite big on your website, not sure if the size dimensions appear on there, price was reasonable and arrived very quickly.

Really good efficient service lovely products

I had Scottish grandparents and struggle to find some sweets that they used to give me where I live now. Allmark offer all those treasured memories as well as loads of other lovely sweets. I have now used them a number of times and always had great product and timely delivery. I have even used them to send gifts to my family and again everything was flawless. Use them - you won't be disappointed.
