I bought three tubs of sweets. When they arrived one of the boxes was damaged. I contacted the company to express my disappointment regarding the way in which they were packaged. They were extremely prompt answering my email and refunded the cost of the item. I have previously purchased goods from them and would do so again.

I received a groupon voucher for Christmas to spend £20 with All Occasion Sweet Shop. I tried to order my item on their website but the site refused to accept my voucher. After numerous emails to the Sweet Shop, they finally replied and said it was broken and was being fixed. 2 weeks later (after further attempts) it eventually worked and my order was placed. I was charged £3.99 for shipping. I received an email confirmation saying my order would be dispatched in 3-5 days. However 8 days later I finally received an email saying they were cancelling my order. I asked why and they said its because they were having problems with groupon. I requested a refund for my postage which I am still waiting for. If a business can't agree terms with their partners why should their customers have to suffer? I've had no real apology, no offer of compensation and just a rude matter of fact email. Customer Service is obviously not a value that is adhered to by this company! Don't ever order from them!!
