Bought the Gen2 18 inch Maven black alloys with the polished face for my Audi TT, they look fantastic well worth the £399 price tag, ordered on the Tuesday delivered by the Wednesday.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they didn't arrive with the bolts and spigots so couldn't fit them! At to phone the Company who was very sorry for not shipping them with the alloys- "never mind these things happen", and they sent them out straight away the next day.
Would highly recommend this company.

called today and got through to a professional sounding man who informed me that Sage Pay had flagged my order as suspicious,

Great seller, everything what was needed for the deal to be done was quickly comunicated, the wheels were send nice and safe, with them the right kit was send, so the wheels were only needed to be calibrated and fitted with tyres and they were ready for use.

After a hiccup involving communication things were put right and a deal was sorted. My thanks to James for his ground work and to Paul for following through the sale to the end.

Wheels and tyres were spot on as ordered. Some scuffing but it was on the inside and so not a huge issue.

I believe in the end that these reviews are more valuable. Any business can sell online when things are automated but a good business is human and will err and with any luck will put it right.

They Don’t respond to emails, finance system does not work and load properly so I ring office and told by staff member that they will respond by close of business that day and still no response, so sent them another email today and quess what still no response.

All I expected was to be kept in contact and they have not even tried to contact me at all.

Where is the customer service with this company?

They have now responded to my emails and have sincerely apologised and are trying to get matter resolved.
