Terrible customer service.
Company selling low quality overpriced items found exactly the same on sites like Ali Express for a fraction of the price with the exact same product pictures.
After I found this out I tried to get my money back and they refused to give me a refund, unless it was in store credit, even though the items hadn’t even been shipped yet.
Don’t buy here!

Came in perfect order just as I expected. The customer service kept me in loop all the way through and I am happy with my purchase.

You might want to improve your shipping but other than that it's quite awesome.

Very disappointed. I ordered some dresses and a top. The top was so tight and had no zipper or anything I couldn`t even put it on. The dresses were weirdly proportioned. I cant even describe. The Bodycon Dress was not flexible at all. It did fit at the top and was very beautiful but I couldnt get even near to get it over my hips. And they are not THAT large (90cm). The quality was unconsitent, some seemed to be very well made and some very cheap and semmed to be falling apart by only looking at them. I was so disappointed.

Ordered two dresses that totaled to about $99. After three weeks, I hadn’t heard anything from them about my order (no confirmation email was sent at all). I emailed them two times but neither message was responded to. Never got the packages or an update and customer service is wack.

The dresses are lovely and comfortable to wear. I love the laces and skirts. I would highly recommend this to all my friends who loves to wear this type of dresses. Thank you!

I ordered a dress from this boutique a few months ago, I believe it was called the “Miley Dress” and I purchased it in black. It was a cute looking dress on the website ! However, I realized that there were no stars/ reviews so I could get any input from others who have purchased this same dress. I took my chances because I liked it so much and I’m typically picky when it comes to buying clothes as I don’t find things I like often. I believe I spent about $70 USD, including how pricey the dress itself was as well as the shipping/taxes. ANYWAYS it took a long time to come in and the quality of the dress was SO poor and the sizing was completely wrong. Horrible quality dress for such a high price point. I believe the comments saying they’re satisfied with this businesses service/ quality are all fake due to the boutique seeing all of the negative comments. :)

I ordered four dresses at a pretty high price. The quality was not as I expected and one of the dresses wasn't like it was shown in the picture.
Also, I had to pay 28 € extra for shipping taxes when the the package arrived, of which I was not informed when I purchased.
I was very disappointed with this shop.

My order took longer to arrive, most likely because of the covid situation. But my orders were the same as what was posted on the photos. Dimensions were accurate. My only complaint was the long wait, which was understandable at this time.

I ordered two dresses. I wasn’t sent any shipping confirmation after two weeks so I emailed them to ask what’s been happening they then inform me that one of the dresses was out of stock (however I checked on their site they didn’t indicate it to be sold out and still have people add it to their cart). I told them it’s fine they can still ship me the other one and get refunded for the other one. They then email me how it’s the other way around. I asked for a refund for both dresses and didn’t come through with the orders. Customer service was good. They respond right away.

This store sells products that are made and sent from china, I placed my order and it took a good while to ship and shipping shows its from china not australia. Items can all also be found on aliexpress for half the price!
