I phoned the company for a quote for 2x…

I phoned the company for a quote for 2x pumps and 2x guide rails brackets to suit the same pump. Didn't receive the quote so had to chase again in the afternoon. Eventually received the quote by email the sum of £990.00 plus vat. I replied with an order number and asked them to either send a bacs invoice or I will pay by credit card. I received an email reply saying they could not sell the items to me and I had to purchase them on line with their sister company. So I went on line as instructed and the items were not at the price agreed. The pumps on there own was £1,100.00 plus vat. I tried contacting them they would not reply to my calls. So please be careful when dealing with this company
