I ordered. They took payment. Never sent an invoice or confirmation. Never sent a shipping notification. I sent 3 inquiries in order to get a response over a weeks time. Decided to cancel and they agreed to a refund. Inquired 4 times about the refund over 2 weeks. It was never sent. Had to dispute with the bank.
AVOID this scam.
I ordered rotors a few months back and installed them maybe a month ago. They were very reasonably priced and the quality seemed high to me. They shipped pretty quickly and arrived undamaged. All in all a good experience. Would definitely order from again.
I found AllRotors after doing some extensive on-line research. They have a deep product line and inventory, great prices, and quality products. I was especially impressed with their customer service. John called me directly prior to delivery to confirm correct parts before ordering and again after delivery to ensure that I had everything that I needed. Great communication! Their sales rep called me to confirm the fit after I ordered my parts online. Apparantly I made a mistake and ordered incorrect size for my Jetta, and these guys noticed and called me to review my order prior to shipping. Good catch, AllRotors!
