Bought a scooter in June 2022, my granddaughter rode it half a dozen times then it stopped charging, tried to get in contact with all round fun but phone number doesn't exist and they don't answer emails.
Please DO NOT buy products from this company or you will end up either very upset children like we have, buy from a trusted company.

People do need to read the reviews about this company. I would not recommend. I ordered a trampoline. That side went fine. Then got an email from them a few days before delivery to say the delivery company had been unable to contact me. I tried to contact All Round Fun but it’s impossible. Contact number is out of service. They take weeks to reply to emails, if at all. So I went to delivery company directly - they had a completely random mobile number on their system - I have no clue where it came from?! Anyway, sorted delivery and it arrived and I built it. Noticed some imperfections on the jump mat (about 5 or 6 of them) and I have attached a picture of one. Emailed the company on 31/7/23 about the issue. No response. Emailed again on 8/8/23. Still no response. I have now gone directly to Plum (maker of trampoline) who have been superb! They are sending me a new jump mat on Monday free of charge! I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you want a lot of hassle that you can’t sort because you can’t get in contact with the company.

Terrible company and customer service, or rather lack of. Third time have purchased from this company, however on this occasion several attempts to contact them over faulty goods received have been futile.
Phone number is unobtainable. Several emails sent over the course of a month remain un-answered. No solution to faulty purchase. Will never purchase from this company again and advise others to avoid doing so.

Avoid from this company. No email confirmation regarding the order, no valid phone number, no response to query emails. No any communication regarding shipping ( still waiting for my order) This company is a joke.

Customer service is non-existent.
Initially the order arrived late, then arrived with parts missing. They did respond to emails initially but 18 months on I still can’t use the product or given any route forward. There is no contact number and no way of resolving any issues.

its a scam company. no item received.no real phone number. tried to call them. saying incorrect number. no replying to emails. not replying via messages on facebook.

Still waiting for a reply. Delivery date was 2 weeks ago and nothing received.
If you like to throw money away, buy here as no communication no phone no nothing.

I have just taken delivery of my new Garden Dining set! I am over the moon with the service and quality of my good!!! The same set was double the price on another website and to be honest I was expecting something to be very wrong with the product, how wrong was I! Delighted customer and I would not hesitate to recommend!

I placed an order on Bank Holiday Monday, I received no order confirmation at all on email so the next day I cancelled the order via email. I then had a message on Wednesday from Arrow Logistics trying to book the delivery. I advised I had cancelled the order and would not accept delivery.

Now All Round Fun have taken £639 from me and are saying I have to pay £100 failed delivery charge.

Absolute scam, shocking customer service and Suzanne is rude, aggressive..I have NEVER dealt with such a shocking company.

Ordered a Bestway pool net which still has not arrived. The phone number on there site doesn’t work and they won’t reply to my emails. If I don’t receive item I will have to clam money back through bank.

Appallingly service bought an egg chair, no nuts and bolts to put stand together, they sent some in thee post after complaining, when they came they were wrong ended up getting them myself, sat on about three times and it bent and that was only women. What a terrible company a shame as I always try to buy British.

Absolutely shocking service...ordered a trampoline for my sons birthday, upon assembling straight away there was a piece that does not slot into any others as the ends are the same size, after trying for 2 hours we packaged back up, my sons birthday was the next day!! Completely ruined this surprise purchased elsewhere the next day with fabulous service, trying to arrange a collection and they are refusing until I unpackaged the box and send images!!! Images of what me going round trying every slot...ridiculous! I am well within my return period and within my rights to do so, their last response was SEND IT BACK BUT WE WONT ARRANGE A COLLECTION!!! avoid ordering from this company this is disgusting..the item was a childs present returning it was the last thing I wanted to do and a massive stress/inconvenience having to purchase elsewhere.

Failed to deliver my item on the day I selected. This company does not answer emails. The telephone number online for them is out of service. I wish I had purchased else where now, having an upset child. The couriers (tuffnells) are as restricted in getting hold of or providing delivery info. Just avoid this company

Ordered a garden table and 4 stools on 5th may for a party on 10th, they never arrived so I asked for a full refund, they said they had been trying to contact me to deliver them but couldn't get through, they had my email address but didnt use it, my phone was always with me, so they were going to charge me £60 for the inconvenience, so when they did refund they took that off. I don't know why they would think I would order and pay for the goods but not want them delivered? Their attitude when I did complain was awful. DON'T USE THEM, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!
