Had a minor ear infection whilst on holiday in Corfu. Rang the Insurance company. The call was answered by a girl who instructed me to go to the local Greek hospital. I said what is the point in Insurance if I'm going to drain Greeces resources? She came back with a load of shxt and company bxllocks. Then told me to use a E111 card. I said I didn't have one so she sent me a link for a temporary certificate. When I explained that the hospital was on the other side of the island and a cab would cost 120 euros she couldn't have cared less. In the end I paid the 120 euros to the doctor myself and will be be taking this further.

Absolute joke of a company.

Great prices very competitive.
But you try a put a claim in for cancellation of holiday.
They forward you to a company called csa who do not respond to telephone calls and are hopeless please look at the reviews on trust pilot.
So in fact your insurance policy you take out with all safe is a waste of money.

I recently completed a course to commence a new job as a Sole Trader with another small Queensland Business. I needed to get 'Liability Insurance' for the work I was to perform and also was required to have it as part of my contract to perform that work for this other business. One would think that this would be an easy job to do BUT no it was not. I contacted 4 brokers and 2 knew nothing about the type of liability insurance I required and the third a so called expert still has not supplied me with a verified quote and offer after 4 working days. A team member from Allsafe Brokers was very helpful, professional, experienced and efficient and even as a sole trader treated me with respect and went out of his way to assist and explain the insurance required for my work. Within a few hours and 2 phone calls and a few emails with forms sent and then completed and sent back I obtained the policy I required. The cost of the policy was 'mid range' for the 'rough quotes' I was given by others, BUT the attitude of the staff member and his helpfulness convinced me that this was the company to deal with and the one that would assist with any claims or other issues in a professional and timely manner. SO if you are looking for any type of Insurance (I was after 'Pilot (Escort) Driver Liability Insurance' give them a go you will be happy you did.
