The people who work there are very nice to help you and the place is very nice and clean.

Perfect service

The space is very clean and practical. I liked the reactivity of the personnel and the willingness to support. But that is the only good thing I can mention.
A part from that, there are a range of issues concerning customer care like hidden costs which are not detailed or explained in the offer (as everywhere in the Netherlands), poor available of offered services like the VAN usage (unavailable because of a break down) and I was asked to take it from another location but without extending the free usage period for allowing me to compensate for the additional time needed to drive back and forth. Overall, I had quite a disappointing experience, and if it wasn't for the urgency, I would have probably looked for another provider.

The staff where great, helpful, informative, finding solutions to payment issues. only small thing is the main door to the lockers is not automated, weighs a lot and makes it very awkward to get through it carrying stuff as you have to hold it open while either carrying something or pushing a trolley. Other than that, great staff, clean, safe and easy to use service, particularly like the fact that there is music playing...

AllSafe was exactly what we needed to move all our household goods into. Mike made the process so easy, even when we had an unusual situation of needing the movers to park in the AllSafe parking lot.

The staff was helpful, and guided me though every step of the set up.

I initially visited your Rotterdam location and expressed interest in a one-year contract, offering to pay the full amount upfront. Despite this, none of the discounts or offers mentioned. Instead, the man there told me, “If you find it cheaper elsewhere, I’ll match the price,” essentially expecting me to do the market research for him.

The worse happened in Ridderkerk. He spoke confidently big proud talked he know all and he can offer bla bla.., showed me a 1.5 m² space 40 minute drive just to see it. He called me twice in the following weeks, and I confirmed I will take it made appointment beging of the week for Friday 3 pm. I packed all my boxes, loaded my car, and drove again ready to sign the contract. But when I arrived, he told me there was now another space available. We looked at it, and it was smaller than the one I had agreed to. When I questioned why he hadn’t told me this, he tried to blame me for being late, even though it was him who switched the deal. And try to give me 1m2 place instead 1,5m2

I wasted two days, considerable energy, money driving there and trust dealing with people who were deliberately misleading and cheating me when i arrive for deal. I will never spend my money to peoples pocket like you. I bid you cross path troubling and cheating people like you do to others. Terrible terrible!

What she wrote down is incorrect. Gürcan in Ridderkerk showed me a smaller space than what was agreed upon. He never mentioned this change on the phone. HE SHOULD HAVE CLEARLY STATE IF SOMETHING HAS CHANGED THIS IS HIS JOB! He made me come there with all my load only to show me a smaller space the originally offered one I know it because i know what i will put in this space. This people trying to OUTSMART you, the infos are MISLEADING, I WASTED TIME and felt HOSTILE

The service delivery is superb. Staff friendly and courteous. The customer experience is great.

Was given an email notice that the van in Eindhoven had been reserved on Tuesday at 9am. I arrived there with a friend who could drive it only to be told it was rented to someone else. What’s the point of a reservation then??? I had to spend 100€ urgently to rent an alternative nearby. Friendly service at the reception but highly dishonest company. Had also reserved a 12m3 space on the website only to be told after arriving they had all been rented. Once again, what could possibly be the point of a reservation if they mean nothing to this company. Highly disappointed, won’t ever use again.
