I never received the uniforms
I never received the uniforms. I have emaied and call with no reply from anyone. I ended up having to purchase them from somewhere else and not even the style that I wanted to have it to he team on time.

Hi Erik. I show your order shipped out as promised on 1/9/2020 and the tracking number was emailed to you on 1/10/2020. According to UPS, the package was delivered Friday 1/10/2020 to the address you provided.
We have a fantastic reputation for our prompt and courteous customer service so I was upset and disappointed at reading your review. I immediately checked our system and didn't see a any missed emails from your email address. Less than 1% of our calls go to voicemail so I double checked the voicemails and there were none from the phone number provided on your invoice. Erik - Is it possible that you are confusing us with the other company you ordered from ?

Thanks for submitting your review, Jonathan. I show your first order shipped out on 1/17/2020 as promised and the tracking number was emailed to you on 1/18/2020. According to UPS, the package was delivered on 1/21/2020 to the address you provided.
I see you placed an online reorder for a single uniform on 1/27/2020 in the afternoon.
We received your personal email yesterday inquiring for the tracking number of your most recent order. I asked one of our team members to send it to you. She made a mistake and sent your old tracking information from the package you already received. Ouch!
We actually made a couple of mistakes.
First, we should have responded personally to your email inquiry with the tracking number instead of using our automated system to send it to you. I've personally spoken with the team member and now she knows moving forward that we always respond to a personal email with a personal email!
Second, we sent you your 1st order tracking information instead of the tracking information for your 2nd order. Although the manufacturer did not yet provide us with the tracking information you requested, I understand how frustrated you probably felt when you received old tracking information.
I've used this opportunity as a teaching moment for our team member and we'll improve from it. Good news is that we now have your tracking information from the manufacturer and I'll be reaching out to you via email with that.

Quality service at a reasonable price
Quality service at a reasonable price. I ordered team volleyball uniforms from another supplier. After 4 weeks of delays and finally being informed that they could not fill our order, I was left scrambling to find replacement uniforms before our first tournament of the year. All Sports Uniforms had a quick and easy online ordering system. Their sales staff worked with me on the phone to find a printing and delivery option that put the uniforms in our hands within 10 days, all at a reasonable cost.
