If I could give a 0 I really would

If I could give a 0 I really would. The online transaction and the delivery itself were great back in the middle of May, but once I had received the goods and realised they did not fit this is where it went down hill. I contacted the sales email address on the website to request a returns label and was told that I could not return them as I had worn the clothing (the sports bra barely went over my head so wouldn't have called it worn) at this time I contacted the owner and was told that I would be able to return the goods and to contact the team for a returns label, I did so but was then ignored and was not responded to. I continued to chase Simon, to which took about 3-4 weeks to deal with as he had not dealt with a return before and didn't know how to do it, until finally we decided I would return the goods myself and pay for the return myself rather than wait for a returns label from All The Rage. On 1st July, the goods were returned and on the 4th July the goods were delivered and signed for. 5th July, I message Simon who confirms that the goods have been received and that a refund has been processed which will clear within 48 hours. Today is the 28th July and I have still not received the refund and I am being ignored both on the website chat, email and also by Simon himself.
