I have been ordering from All Things Liquorice for several years. Absolutely amazing as I miss my (Dutch) liquorice sometimes.
But for a little over a year I have not been able to order due to problems with paying. PayPal nor Visa debit card works.
Would love to keep ordering but have tried to get in contact with the company so many times to no avail....
I might not order monthly or so but I am a customer nonetheless ...

We have ordered from All Things Liquorice a few times now. Orders are generally dispatched quickly and their selection of liquorice is very good. We have had one case of a mis-labled bag arriving that contained 250g of liquorice instead of the 500g on the label. This was eventually addressed after contacting the store, but it took almost a week for them to reply to the email. However, once they noticed the email, they quickly sent another 500g (instead of just the missing 250g).

I have had great experience with my most recent order, as well as my previous orders dating back to 2014.

The quality of the liquorice is good and is well packaged. Despite that a national lock down is still in place, there was also no delay in shipment and delivery.

I’ve ordered 3 times now and have been very pleased each time. A huge array of options to choose from. Yes it’s not the cheapest, but you’re buying products which are not available in the UK so it’s all reasonably priced for what you’re getting. It’s always been delicious and fresh every time I’ve ordered! Take care with the description though as not everything is soft, chewy liquorice - they have all sorts available.

I've been buying from this company for nearly 8 years. Only twice was something missing and they rectified it the same day.
Fresh liquorice, wide variety to choose from and the price is right on most items.

Had an incident where my post was stolen and contacted the owner. Rather than address my situation, like explain there was nothing could be done which I could accept during a pandemic, the owner ghosted me. Terribly unprofessional.

Ordered from them three times now - always arrive quickly and well packed. An unusual, and wide, choice of liquorice sweets - including sugar free. I particularly like the salty versions, which were new to me.
