Do not do buisness with this company. They have very poor customer service and I caught the gal answering thier phone out right lieing to me. They had made a mistake on shipping my product but tried to lie and cover up the fact they sent product to billing address and not my shipping address. Local POST MASTER CONFIRMED TRACKING NUMBER SHOWED CORRECT ADDRESS BUT LANEL ON BOX WAS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS BUT YET YOUNG GAL ON PHONE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AT BEST AND WOULD NOT ADDMIT THEY HAD MADE THE MISTAKE BUT I HAVE IT ALL IN WRITING AND A LOCAL POST MASTER SAYING IT WAS ALLTRIBES.COM MISTAKE CLEARLY!!!!!! NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

Purchased my treasures on the website. This was the first time. They were as described and more beautiful in person. I would recommend a friend/family. The jewelry was of great quality. I’m happy with my purchases.

I´m waiting for more than 4 weeks. Still waiting. Itried to contact via e-mail, in order to ask for the estimated delivery date, no answer.

Malia was very friendly and professional throughout my transaction. I commissioned the art staff to to design and make a pendant out of a treasured crystal I'd dug. They did an absolutely beautiful job. Thank you very very much. I love it!

Ordered my mom turquoise dangle earrings in silver. No stamp marks for the silver and the turquoise is not genuine. What a shame, my mom was looking forward to them for her birthday.

Bought my daughter a 7 stone green turquois bracelet for Christmas. I have been doing this for years and most of what I purchased was from Alltribes. This year when she put it on a stone fell out along with the sawdust "cushion" underneath. Also still had polishing compound all over it. Tried to clean it . No response from Alltribes after 3 messages and did not post the reviews I left. For what is spent quality and lack of customer service are lacking. Will not spend another dollar as it seems they don't give a hoot then why should I.

Purchased a "Sterling Silver" ring for my daughter, After only (2) days the ring turned my daughter's finger black. I contacted their support dept, they only offered a "store credit" for the return, I put the ring through several Silver tests, such as
1. Magnetic test
2. Ice melting test
3. white cloth cleaning test
This ring failed each Sterling Silver test, which leads me to believe that this ring is NOT Sterling Silver.

I purchased a $488.00 cuff because I saw in bold print on their website page "15 Day Returns." When I received the cuff it was much too bulky so I immediately returned it. I was shocked to receive an email from them stating that they did not issue refunds but a store credit instead. I later discovered this refund policy hidden on their website. This business practice is unethical and unscrupulous and I am forced to take action against them through my credit card company.

Online purchase of earrings that had loose stones in them so instead of the customer service's suggestion of sending them back for a refund (2nd time at my cost at paying for shipping) and not doing business with them as said by Malia I went out and purchased some jewelry glue and hit the sides with some of the glue. Truly not good customer service for an online company.

Bought this for my son, and he loves it, fits just right, like myself he loves Native American artwork, I have dealt with Alltribes for a number of years, and their work has always impressed me, lovely craftmanship, and delivery faultless, Thumbs Up to all at Alltribes, keep up the great work.

Bought this for my Grandaughter, as I purchase one last year for myself, and she liked it so much that I purchased one for her 16th Birthday.
Well she loved it and was all over me thanking me for such a lovely piece of silver artwork, I did buy her one not the same as mine, a wee bit for feminine if that is possible.
Alltribes once again is a great company to buy silverwork from, I can't say any more about the company, especially since I keep going back to them, if I see anything I like.

Never purchase from these people, the owner, an older gentleman is rude and 100% sells cheap jewelry at the expense of local tribes.

Do not ever purchase from Alltribes. It is a big ripoff. If you receive the merchandise and it does not fit, etc, they refuse to return your payment to your credit card. They will only give an instore credit.

My mistake I did not realize it would be a merchandise credit and not a refund. I found your email in my spam folder.
Your website says If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase Return it undamaged, within 15 days, for a 100% Merchandise Store Credit, on it's purchase price. No Questions Asked, You are the final Judge. And I believe I returned the item undamaged within 15 days and it was $51 not $44.

I took a chance and was soooo glad I did. I got Zuni cross turquoise earrings and a heavily beaded multiple string turquoise necklace. Took about 2 weeks to get and they were absolutely beautiful! Love!

I visited the actual store in Gilbert, AZ with my two kids. I love the Turquoise Ring I bought. The owner was super nice and gave my kids Native made leather bags and let them pick out Turquoise nuggets and arrowheads, that was cool and the kids loved it. They have a giant stash of jewelry in the back. The Old Pawn and Vintage pieces are all mixed in with the stuff their shop makes in house so it was hard to find but they were in the mix and as I started to look longer the Old Pawn pieces started jumping out at me. I saw the shop and met some nice Navajo jewelers. I talked with a Navajo woman Lenora Begay and saw the necklace she was working on. There were many more, I met Tom, Sharron, Joey, Garrison there that day. All Navajo I think. It was easy to spend a lot of time there so plan for that if you go to the store. They told me that the website has more jewelry listed than in the store because most items they make in house are usually made once they are ordered so they aren't sitting in the store but they are listed online so if you want to see everything they make its best to go through the website catalog. Overall it was an amazing experience, not corporate or phony at all. They were sawing Silver right in front of me. That was cool.

I bought a pair a "Blue Turquoise Silver Bead Navajo Bracelet Sterling Spacers" at $36.60 SKU 0421-32360-BR and a pair of "Natural Kingman Turquoise Silver Navajo Earrings French Hooks" at $78.80 SKU 2163-29248-ER. After a few gentle wearings, the middle stone of one of the earring had a crack and the bracelet color of the stones have faded. Called the company and was told that they would try to repair the earrings for me. I sent both items back on May 8 with tracking # showing they had received on May 10. As of today, I have not heard from the company. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I received a silver hairclasp with turquoise heads for Christmas, which I see is $88.00 on there site. The first time I put my hair in a ponytail with the clasp it fell apart after a couple minutes. My hair is fine, thin and shoulder length so not a lot of weight. Junk!

I purchased a 177.00 bow with arrows.
It broke in seconds of handling it.
It was made of the cheapest plywood I've ever seen.
It is TRASH.
I HAD TO TOSS IN THE CAN.
NO REFUND.

Kachina ordered was not genuine. Obviously mass produced. Not by sougthwest indian tribe. Good enough for the Martha Stewart crowd, but a pathetic copy of the real thing. Suspect one "native" oversees assembly line so they can call it "authentic". "No Quibble Guarantee" means if you quibble, it will do no good. Read the small print - No Refunds - policy is craftily worded to suggest that they stand behind their products, when they really only stand behind their cash flow. Rude customer service. Once they have your money, go fish.
