Victoria please stop sending your lies in your repeated messages we asked for a refund ok (not a load of lies and more messages!) get the message puhleasee! is a troll Please take down ridiculous malicious message begging for payments which had been paid for already 2018 for an extremely substandard job-which actually deserves to be refunded to us ASAP -she seems to think she can not do a proper job but rip clients off and leave rude messages regardless

I have on my records your request for a second piece of work after we had completed and returned the first batch of work for you. Due to the very personal nature of the documentation, we were unable to carry out this additional work for you, and I apologise that we were not able to help.
We are also very sorry for politely requesting payment on several occasions. We did not receive a response from yourselves from multiple communication attempts so looked for alternative ways to get in touch in the instance that your personal email address was not working.
