skip lorry damages car
So on Tuesday 13th May at approx. 7.30am a skip lorry came down our close, obviously in the wrong place. With limited moveability and causing alot of noise it turned round approx 7 shuffles. Left the Close and went around the corner to unload.
Later that day a car was found to be damaged, obvious by the markings it was the skip lorry. On contacting the Company there "internal investigation deny liability"...
There are in all 4 witnessess to the fact this lorry came down a quiet Close, and woke many people up. Unfortunately being a retirement living block no one got the vehicle registration. So our neighbour is left with damage to her car and they deny liability.
AVOID AT ALL COST BECAUSE PREVIOUSLY THEY WERE USED IN OUR CLOSE AND KNOCKED DOWN A WALL WITH THE LORRY BUT DENIED THAT AS WELL.
