CANCELLATION IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE

No books I want to read there. Unable to cancel subscription. Multiple attempts. Autogenerated messages in response. Unable to cancel through online account as there is no option there despite being advised to do this after the 4th email. Only option is to message them online and then the same messages appear trying to keep your business without any option to cancel. DO NOT SIGN UP. Short of cancelling my credit card which is a huge hassle given other payments are scheduled, there is no way of getting out!

Garbage

Garbage. I couldn’t see their content so I made an account, deleted the app immediately because nothing interested me. Forgot to cancel and did immediately when I realized. Asked for refund given I didn’t use or download a single item of their content and they won’t give it to me. DO NOT USE.

Texas Hold-Em - well, holding my money!

Opened a free trial - had to give my credit card details to do so.

Once I had access to the books on their list I realised it wasn’t for me so I went online and cancelled the subscription and thought no more about it. The selection of books is, quite frankly, dreadful.

Four months later and I realised that they have been fraudulently taking money from my credit card. I haven’t used their crappy service but they are insisting that I didn’t cancel and can’t have MY money back!

Do yourself a favour. Give this bunch of clowns a miss. I wish I had.
