Misleading, Dishonest, Unhelpful

I strongly encourage users to proceed with caution. I signed up for a free trial because their website advertised a specific book I was interested in, which they don't even have. Upon realizing this, I immediately reached out to customer service and said I wanted to cancel my membership, because there's no way to just do this on your own. They sent me a link, which I followed, but apparently didn't make it through all of their many poorly labeled steps to actually cancel. When I was charged a month later and reached out to say I had tried to cancel, as evidenced by message the previous month, I was essentially told, "our website is so great, you shouldn't cancel, totally your fault for not jumping through our ridiculous loopholes to cancel your membership, we don't offer refunds."

SCAM ALERT!!

SCAM ALERT!!! I cannot understand how this audiobook site has received so many positive reviews, it's nothing but a SCAM with the most appalling books none of which are popular, most of the books are already free on Google free anyway and it's really expensive and they don't have an app. I have requested a full refund as I know I've been scammed but they refused to be totally avoided

Stay well away!

Awful, don’t go near this company. I cancelled my account and they continued to charge me for the following three months. They are refusing to refund and just respond with jargon in their correspondence. AVOID!!

It seemed too good to be true and it…

It seemed too good to be true and it was. The search feature is nonexistent. So searching for an author is impossible. But HEY I found Outlander audio! Oh, no, it is an hour and a half synopsis of the books. Same with HP. Since I have a lengthy commute I would rather pay for the actual books. We'll see if I actually got canceled. I have the email confirmation, so here's hoping.

All You Can Books is a perfect match for my Kindle FIre.

All You can books is a great service. A perfect companyion and aid when using my Kindle Fire Tablet. Just great to be able to drag and drop ebooks via the "Send To Kindle" App that's on Amazon. All You Can Books is a perfect source of top quality books to read and view on my PC as well as my Tablet.

Scammers

Scammers! Very difficult to get out of the subscription once you have entered, and once I finally did manage to cancel my subscription, within 4 hours the email i had used to sign up with was filled with spam emails, followed by two days later being hacked. This email address hasnt been spammed in years.. coincidence I think not. This company will sell your details. AVOID-
Also, all their books are open access. Just google open access books and you'll get them for free without signing up to any scam company

SCAM - do not sign up!

This site is a total scam and they are definitely writing their own 5 star reviews to up their rating. They have NO legitimate titles, just a lot of things you can find easily in the public domain for free. They have no way to easily browse the site AND if you try to cancel they will block your attempts. They even sent me to another site via the mobile app, meaning I thought I was cancelled and they charged me for 2 more months before I caught it. Absolute garbage service!
