Don't bother, Old books that are free anyway and AI audio books

I had a look at the website around a month ago when I was looking for some new audio books, it asked me to sign up to be able to view the book so I did. It also asked for payment details, when I can I will always use PayPal so I put in those details but it never redirected or did anything to confirm that the sign up was successful and no indication on the account screen to say I had an active subscription and no obvious way to cancel it. So I assumed it had not gone through, I did not enjoy my experience on the website or app so left and forgot out it. Until this morning I woke up to a £24.99 charge for my subscription, I went to the website, my my account and still no indication that there is an active subscription or way to cancel it. So I have had to contact the help email. In response they sent me a link to be able to cancel it, I am now attempting to get a refund on my unwanted subscription.

There is no search function so you just have to endlessly scroll through the available books hoping you find the thing you want. Not to mention from my exploration of the website many of the audio books seems to be read by AI or at least by people who are very monotone in their reading which does not make for a pleasant listening, and defiantly not work £24.99

Don't use this website

Limited collection of audio books and it's really hard to cancel your subscription. I actually asked the help chat on the website to tell me how to end the subscription and they said it wasn't possible via the website (which was untrue) and then said I'd receive an email from the team, which I didn't.

I eventually found out how to cancel thanks to reading another review on here. Put the website in to the search bar and add /cancel on the end, then scroll to the very bottom to cancel. I did then finally get an email to say my subscription was cancelled.

Worst app/website for audiobooks

Worst app/website for audiobooks! Limited books, access to account to manage subscription is difficult and no reminder if subscription is ending. DO NOT USE THIS. Go for audible/audiobooks instead!

cancellations

I just wanted to use this website for a research paper for school, but it turned out to be useless for this project. I've seen a lot of reviews saying cancellation is impossible with this website (basically true). So I just came to tell you how to cancel.
Put the website in the search and just add /cancel
You have to scroll all the way down because on that page, it says, "your cancellation will be effective immediately," which is not true because it has not been cancelled yet. So, scroll all the way down and press "cancel and lose access"; it's a little smaller than the rest of the buttons because they're obviously trying to trick you. Press that button, and it'll give you one more chance to keep your subscription. But to be completely and totally honest, it's not worth it in the slightest. :)

SCAM SCAM SCAM!

This website is a total scam! All the books you can find anywhere online for FREE. The newer books are just summaries.
On top of that they make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. I had to find a cancel link through reddit because customer care won't help you.

avoid. Terrible customer service, lost money

I was searching for a book on a google and it appeared to be available in All you can Books. I signed up for free trial but could not find the book. I used CHAT and they confirmed they did not have this book therefore I immediately asked to cancel the subscription. I was assured on chat help that it would be cancelled. It was not and I was charged £18.81 now. I logged on to my account and it showed active. I contacted customer service asking why it had not been cancelled. No replay. I haven't used them once, not one book, being ignored and have to go through dispute to get my money back.

Complete and utter scam

Complete and utter scam - do not sign up.

I signed up for the free 30 day membership and decided I wanted to cancel. I looked how to do this 3 or 4 times both on mobile and laptop, I then reached out 3 times on the contact us page asking for my account to be cancelled and had no response.

When I signed up it said it would be $10,99 a month, I then had $25.99 debited from my account so reached out again requesting a refund as I did try and cancel my account.

They finally replied telling me how amazing their website is and that I can’t have a refund as I didn’t cancel my account.

Don’t sign up they’ll just wait to take your money before bothering to reply and then double the amount they take. I will be going through my bank to try and get the money back.
