I ordered an Alma Kitchen on recommendation, early in 2025 and while the staff in the store were friendly and professional, the actual delivery was frankly shocking.
The first delivery turned out to be for only half the kitchen with all the doors faulty and needing to be returned. The instalation team also left a mess behind.
OK... that happens... but then the second delivery weeks later... after having to live with a kitchen without doors, wasn't complete either. Yes, the staff were more experienced and left it clean but still, I needed to wait for more parts.
On the third attempt, the kitchen was finally in place as ordered.
Clearly the factory has serious QA issues but what really made me rate it two stars was the fact that the compensation offered for this lengthy screw up was frankly pathetic citing their right to rectify things twice in the T&C's. Not delivering half the kitchen I wouldn't class as rectifying. No serious attempt at customer recovery.
Simply couldn't recommend. Real shame.
