Everything is done at a distance, send bossy texts and won't stop.

I have withdrawn consent for the surgery to send me texts yet they continue to do so. Everything is done at a distance and they boss me around with texts demanding that I use self service, which I'm not willing to do.

The only follow up they have is to send more bossy texts. Don't they understand that some patients want more of a dialogue and may have accessibility problems?

I don't even know the name of my doctor, I've not seen a doctor face to face for 10 years.
