Take payment but dont provide the "paid for" service
They have taken payment for Premium subscription which I've had for years. Today, without notice, all premium services have been disabled without notice. Spoke to the support team who are zero help. Have told me to "cancel your existing subscription and set up a new one". The new subscription is £5 per month more than I'm paying and theyve completely missed the point that I've already paid.
Look for an alternative because this is clearly a scam to force long term customers to pay more. I'd rather pay someone else than be extorted
Edit for response.
I haven’t had access to an android device for years, so this “update” makes no sense. I’m also using the same log in details as I did previously. Should it really be the consumer who has to jump through hoops to retain the service or should the provider link the payment to the log in details and not the device? It’s 2026
