I order a $50 sweatshirt. A month later an empty package arrived. The postal service said the package had an original weight of 0ne ounce so it was never shipped. Still no refund. A web search of the shipping address in California shows numerous Chinese companies operating under different names with similar consumer fraud complaints. Do Not give these people your CC number!
I bought 2 hoodies from here and they are by far my favorite hoodies I own. It's not cotton, but it's super soft and the designs are amazing. I've bought hoodies before that promised these beautiful designs and they looked like trash. These look as good as advertised. Of course I wish they weren't $50 per hoodie, but I'm about to buy a couple more, so I guess it's worth the price.
Purchased a hoodie for my gf birthday. The hoodie is not made from a material as soft as cotton as GUARANTEED in the description. It is heavy, rubbery and not breathable. My gf who has sensory issues with materials could not wear it. When I asked to return the item I was told to look at their refund policy that said they do not accept returns for material reasons, yet the description clearly states “as soft as cotton - Guaranteed.”
Very unhappy with this company. Will not buy from them ever again.
