They would ask me for this info, or that, for my number so they could call (they never did). It's been a while now, they just ignore me. First of all, we are REAL entities, not SCAM as you mentioned. We are registered with the Govt and follow the law.
You have booked with us on 30 July 2025 and we have fulfilled our service to you; showing that the e ticket was sent out on the same day.
Since we are just a Travel Agent so to protect our customer privacy, we used our company information to book the flight for you with RyanAir. We applied this for all customers, not only your case. So, when you try to manage your booking through RyanAir website with your own information, you certainly could not find it.
On 5 August, you contacted us asking for this information but due to an internal issue with our customer service agent, she missed this email from you. We are really sorry for that.
On 10 August, you contacted us again asking for this and one of our customer support agents immediately emailed and resolved your case. You can see the email history screenshot from our end at: https://prnt.sc/vh7ISwBigsPd . In case you have not received those emails, I am sure you can find it at your Spam mailbox.
I hope you can manage your flight now with RyanAir using our provided information.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I had to book a last-minute flight to Bangkok, so I used Kayak and was redirected to this intermediary (a Vietnamese company). Everything seemed fine at first — I booked the flight, paid around $120, and got a confirmation.
But just 10 minutes later, I received an email saying:
“Sorry, there was a mistake on our end. The flight price has increased. Would you mind paying the difference?”
They then sent me a payment link — not for the difference, but for another $120, with no explanation. I had no clarity on whether the original amount would be refunded, or why the link was asking me to pay the full price again. No transparency, no professionalism.
My flight was scheduled for the next day, and I had no time to deal with this kind of amateurism. Fortunately, I was in Hanoi, so I went directly to their so-called “headquarters.” I spent three hours there trying to resolve the issue. Turns out, the flight I initially booked wasn’t available anymore. They made me choose another one and charged me $20 more than the original price.
They did speak English, but chose to ignore my complaints entirely. No apology, no gesture of goodwill — even though I had to pay for a taxi to get there, spent hours fixing their mistake, and ended up paying more than expected (I felt bad paying a fee for this quality of service, they truly didn't deserve it).
To make things worse, they charged their service fees twice, then promised a same-day refund. It's been three days, and I’m still waiting.
It’s not just about the refund — it’s the overall experience: poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero customer care. If I hadn’t gone there in person, I’m convinced the issue wouldn’t have been resolved in time and I would have missed my flight.
Absolutely not recommended.

Refund.. still waiting!
I appreciate COVID is a difficult time for many of us, however I initially was told my flight would be refunded as per travel restrictions. I was then told I would receive my refund within 150 days (which is exorbitant, but of course COVID times I understand and have waited this timeframe). In following up my refund after the 150 days, have been told the refund still may be several months away! I'm sorry but this is incredibly unreasonable and would really appreciate some help & assistance.

It's hassle free to purchase an air ticket from AloTrip. Quick and easy. Another good thing thing about it was "AloTrip" staff ensured that I will get a smooth return flight and advised me to first check with the airlines due to the current Covid situation before AloTrip issue my Air Ticket booking number.
The Agency also informed me in advance that there will be no refund should thereby a cancellation from the Airlines which I have agreed. Everything is cleared to me that I like. Thanks to all the staff of AloTrip Int'l Ltd.
