I've been on hole for 45 minutes now…
I've been on hold for 45 minutes now and nobody is answering the phone! I'm trying to contact them regarding an order and I was sent the wrong item in the wrong color AND size so now I am unable to get ahold of anyone so that I can receive the correct item. Alo Yoga literally has the WORST customer service. For how much they charge for their items I just don't get it. This is unacceptable and I would expect better customer service than this. Terrible!!
Con artists at its finest
Con artists at its finest. Not only do they deceptive market their items and often list the materials online different from what it is actually made from. On top of that, when you bring this concern up they have no interest in returning your money to you rightfully despite being deceived and mislead into making the purchase based off the info provided on their website only to have it differ on the physical tag. They offered to issue a gift card — why would I be interested in returning to company that already scammed me? Not to mention you have $200 sweats yet it’s the same material other stores make and it’s certainly not cuter or more flattering items, not to mention typically horrible quality.
Any time I attempted to use the gift card it does not work and they are not interested in helping me further. I will be escalating this much higher. These kind of scams and fraud is unacceptable, the lack of customer service and care is deplorable. I hope the company gets audited, investigated and rightfully shutdown.

Luxury brand aspiration without the customer service ethos
2 of the 3 items I ordered online were inexplicably substituted with entirely different items. No option exists in the online returns pathway for dealing with this so I contacted Support by email (was promised a response in 24hrs). When nothing happened I called an agent (had to wait 15minutes before being connected) who then resolved the issue...or so he said...still not received a returns label, or the original items I ordered, or any communication from Alo. New CEO is ex-Prada and ex-Christian Dior - clearly hired to push Alo's luxury creds, clearly NOT hired to improve customer service!

They cancelled my order for whatever reason, and I was not automatically refunded to my credit card. I had to wait for over an hour to try and connect to a live chat because I guess you need to ask for your money back when they cancel the products you ordered.

Extremely disappointing experience with Alo Yoga customer support.
I ordered 5 items but only 4 arrived. Nicholas initially processed my refund for the missing item(s), however the refund was short due to the way it was handled through a gift card and currency conversion.
The total refund owed was £452.20, but I initially only received £384.17 (£280.14 to the gift card and £104.03 to my card), leaving me out of pocket by £68.03.
After repeatedly contacting support through live chat and email, Adrielle eventually acknowledged the discrepancy and confirmed that an additional £68.03 refund had been processed to correct the issue. Despite this confirmation, the money still has not appeared on my gift card balance.
To make matters worse, I was then contacted by another representative, Cezar, who restarted the conversation from the beginning instead of addressing the unresolved refund already acknowledged by Adrielle.
I should not have to spend this much time chasing money I am clearly owed. The entire experience has involved constant back-and-forth, repeated explanations, and poor handling of refunds involving gift cards and currency conversion.

First this company is so over priced…
First this company is so over priced even their sale items are too much. Alo is also not an honest company. You can't review them the way they should be reviewed. They are only looking for happy dumb customers that have not seen this company for the reality of what it is which is bad. The alo App is awful. They now have their logo pooping up in your shopping cart. It slows everything down and is the biggest turn off to their over priced garbage!
Very poor customer service
I paid for overnight delivery and the next day I saw the package wouldn't be delivered until 3 days later, I reached out and was told they would refund me my delivery fee which never happened. I then received an email stating even though the shipping shows it's in a different state that I should receive same day, we'll that obviously didn't happen and I still haven't received my refund and now I am getting no responses to my emails. Happy to say I will NEVER purchase from Alo again!!

I ordered a black matching set, but received shorts in a completely different colour (grey/charcoal) that do not match the hoodie at all. This colour isn’t even listed anywhere in their product range, which raises serious concerns about their quality control.
Customer service acknowledged the issue but offered vague “store credit” without even specifying the amount. Once I asked for clarification, they simply stopped responding.
For a brand positioned at this price point, this level of inconsistency and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Even lower-priced retailers manage better quality control and customer service.
Currently left with a mismatched set and no resolution. Very disappointing.
Bait-and-switch pricing and mathematically impossible "tax" explanations
I am extremely disappointed with the current shopping experience at Alo Yoga. I was directed by the website to download the app to save on my order. In the app, the items were listed at $47 each (a 30% discount), but at the final checkout screen, the price jumped back to the full retail price of $68.When I reached out to customer service (Agent "Rosie"), I was told the $21 increase per item was "sales tax." For a $47 item to reach $68, the tax rate would have to be nearly 45%, which is impossible. Beyond the pricing error, the app is glitchy, slow, and feels unsafe to use for payments.I am looking for a supervisor to honor the advertised app price of $47 on the website since their app is non-functional. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend shopping here.
Dax (the supervisor) actually tried to justify a 45% 'tax' jump by claiming Android users aren't eligible for the same savings as iOS users. This is an unethical bait-and-switch.

I placed an order and shortly after, the sale went live. I contacted customer service to ask if I could get refunded the difference rather than returning the items to repurchase as I was well within my returns period and the items were all still in the original packaging. They insisted it couldn’t be done. It would have made no difference to them, as they would have received the same amount in custom whilst keeping a regular customer happy. I have decided to just return and not repurchase.

They literally banned my address and account after I filed a chargeback due to THEIR error. I’ve emailed about 30 times and still no one seems like they’re interesting enough to help me out. I’ve pretty much gave up on this company.

Very poor quality. I used to buy a lot from this brand, but the materials are terrible now. The sweatpants started pilling after just two washes, and a $400 jacket developed holes in the stitching almost immediately. It’s a shame — the designs are nice, but the quality is absolutely not worth the money.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Alo in Old Orchard, as it took 30 minutes to receive my orders. I interacted with two team members, neither of whom displayed friendly demeanor or provided adequate customer service. They failed to inform me of the delay, and I will not be picking up orders in-store again; instead, I prefer to have them delivered to my home.
I’m extremely disappointed on the online return and w/ customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased several items online, and unfortunately, they ended up being way too big. I initially started a return but canceled it because I decided I wanted to exchange the items instead. However, when I tried to proceed with the exchange, I wasn’t able to do anything because the items were already marked a certain way in their system.
I contacted customer service multiple times (at least 2–3 times), and each time I was given little to no help. I was told the items came from a third-party vendor, but I was not provided with any contact information to reach them. It feels impossible to get in touch with anyone who can actually resolve the issue.
On top of that, I was told I couldn’t return the items online or even in-store. I’ve been struggling just to get a return label, and I’m still dealing with that issue. My most recent call lasted almost an hour, and nothing was resolved.
For a company that presents itself as a reputable brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The process is overly complicated, frustrating, and poorly handled. I would not recommend purchasing online if this is how returns and exchanges are managed.

After waiting 2 weeks for delivery they sent the wrong size. No apology. When returned, refused a refund despite it being their error and issued a store credit. Waited again for the reordered correct size to arrive.
The Acolade sweatshirt and joggers are the worst quality clothing I have ever experienced. The bobbling and piling after the first wash was appalling, it then proceeded to leave a trail of black residue and bits all over the house. After a second wash its unwearable as so scruffy looking. I have seen better quality fabric in Primark without the £240 price tag!
As for customer service, non existent and unhelpful. No apology and refused a refund despite photographic evidence. After 12 emails back and forth my patience ran out and I gave up.
They claim to be a high end luxury brand…absolutely not. Save your money. I would never buy from this company again.
