Bought 3 items paid £251 on store credit the rest on Klarna ( so I am covered if nothing comes with this brand I don’t trust )
Returned all 3 as they were not suitable and only received a refund for 1 . £256 I am out of pocket raised it with there warehouse was meant to have an update in 3/5 working days 11 working days on now and still no refund they steal your money , provide shocking customer service and are the worst brand I have ever ever purchased from . I have even emailed Daniel Harris telling him the poor service and you still get ignored !

Terrible terrible experience for a “premium price” compant
I purchased 3 items in a physical store as my first experience with this company. After initially being so excited to own the trendy brand, I wore one of the 3 items (fold over flair leggings) to an appointment. I was sitting in a chair and my fingernail snagged pants when I moved my hand. I didn’t even have on for 4 hours. Cheap pantyhose last longer in terms of snagging. I tried to exchange pants 4 days after purchasing in store. The cashier was giving looks of disgust while inspecting pants and rudely asked where the snag was. After finding snag, brought manager over only to be told by manager that I was unable to exchange pants because they were not in resalable condition. Instead I had to call customer service line myself and try to open up a case for damaged/defective item. Even though I purchased item in the same store 4 days prior. For $150 on a single pair of pants, I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I walked out of the store and called the customer service line. After spending another 34 min on phone, sending photo of damage, the agent agreed that I had a case and will send new pair. At that point I was so disgusted with the entire process I didn’t want the same pair, I wanted to pick something else that wouldn’t snag so easily because I am in no business to try and live in a bubble due to the quality of a really expensive pair of gym pants. Agent wouldn’t listen to my concerns but would send replacement instead. Fine whatever…. Once I received the new pair, I brought all 3 items back because after that experience, I personally do not want to support this brand. A physical location should have ZERO reason why they cannot accept a defective item within 4 days of purchase. As a working professional and mother of 2 under 5, I don’t have the luxury of the additional time to have to go through these hoops. I walked into Vuori after returning said items as a first time shopper and asked if their return/exchange policy before trying anything on. They were horrified when I told them about my experience with this company. I will stick with LLL or now Vuori any day of the week!

Alo has terrible customer service. I have purchased MANY items over the years, even after issues with their service, but will no longer be purchasing. It started with me reaching out about a sale that started the week after I placed an online order. I had not even received the product yet, but was told they would not honor any sales. They said I would need to return the product and return it in order to get the sale price. The issue was most of the items sizes were sold out due to the sale.
The NEXT issue is that ever pair of $30 socks that I have purchased, quickly had large holes in the bottom on them. Even for socks purchased 3 months ago. They offered me a 10% discount. Terrible.

Purchased the Crew neck pullover in Navy, loved the product so purchased again in Gravel colour, As this was a lighter colour it got washed before the Navy , followed the wash instructions and it came out of the washer covered in bobbles, the material is shocking. Agreed a replacement as but the exact same thing has occured. I have since washed the Navy and same again, covered in loose bobbles, what on earth is in this material ? Three sweaters and all the same outcome after one wash !
Awful awful company
Ive never bought from them but following up where a poor girl was treated appallingly by staff. People tagged the company in posts to make them aware and to get the company to claim accountability/apologise and address the poor behaviour by staff. What do they do? Turn off all comments and privatise their X account. Who does that? Reading thru the comments via trust pilot, why am I not surprised?

I ordered a lot of items through alo for me wife and some items I received had marks on them I contacted customer service and Ian who I spoke with was really helpful and we got the issue resolved in a matter of minutes i could not recommend anymore hats of to him.

Hey so if I could give no stars, I would. First of all let me mention how AWFUL of quality the clothes are, they don't hold up at all; couple uses and they look 8 years old. Now, the important part-- do you not train your employees to be kind, empathic and friendly? What are the morals and ethics of this company? I learned of a heartbreaking story about wildly inappropriate behavior toward a beautiful potential customer, I'm not sure the kind of people you hire on the regular, but things need to change immediately. This falls in line with how people feel about Lulu now. Truly disgusted by this, and was already not a fan of the brand. Now? I'll be sure nobody I know spends any money at Alo.

I spend over a 100k with them for last year
So I’ve gotten a promo code cause they screwed up with my order and then when I place the new order canceled that one.
I called them cause the agent just blocked the chat two times when I wanted to figure out
And their team have decided not to provide me a promo code, but it was their fault
So keep in mind even if you guys will spend 100k, they gonna treat you as a nobody
Since today I’m gonna stop purchasing with them and go shopping with lululemon cause they really treat you as a valuable customers
Alo has terrible everything, the product quality, the service and absolutely disrespectful to the people who left way to much money on their low quality items
