Alpentravel is always friendly, accommodating and solution-oriented. Reception staff always helpful. The accommodation is always clean and tidy. The rooms/apartments are cozy. The accommodation has a good location for both summer and winter activities.

We booked via Arena Travel who work together with Alepentravel. The collaboration with Emily and Melanie from Alpentravel was very well. The communication was top. When something was not clear they responded quickly to the questions. Skirental and ski passes and everything was arranged in advance and ready for pick up. Splendid. Thanks Emily and Melanie.
