So we had our annual boiler service and the engineer noticed a leak, and adviced that we should contact Alpha as this would be covered by thier warranty. I did just that and found to my satisfaction how easy the process was . Just post code and number needed everything else was on thier system. I explained and they booked an engineer to visit.
She was very polite and professional she informed me a part needed replacing and that she will order it and would return to replace but had made the boiler safe to use in the meantime.
She came just over a week later as promised and what a delightful lady she is friendly polite very professional and totally competent. We also got to talk about our shared interest in horses which was a very pleasant bonus. Credit we're Credit is due well done Alpha , and thank you for making a potential problem disappear with ease and for your wonderful engineer.

The engineer Adey was good and checked boiler very detailed. However, the waiting allocation has been too long.

As usual Gary arrived on time. He was friendly and informative, created no mess and worked quickly and thoroughly.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Adey for helping us out so much with our boiler repair. He managed to do a temporary fix whilst order the parts we needed leaving us with hot water and heating again - which was so appreciated!! Look forward to being entered into the prize draw also !! Regular engineer Chris did my boiler service. He is always polite but friendly and very professional.

Unfortunately the attitude and inability to provide a service on the day agreed is beyond acceptable.
According to the "person" on the phone, I should have answered a phone, when I am away abroad with my grandchildren.
2 days of holiday have been booked, which I cannot get back.
The attitude has been disgusting and unacceptable!!!!

I have just looked through the messages received whilst I was away on holiday, this is a copy of the transcript, with no recognition of the number.

"was just calling to advisor. Unfortunately, I went to New Constant Tuesday. Please forward to be back on the o3 level. Four eight, seven, one eight, seven. Six four. Thank you."

What the hell am I supposed to understand by that, unfortunately Android only takes a transcript of the call. The above gibberish means absolutely nothing!!

Efficient service, fault fixed on first visit. Would have been nice to have an idea of the timing of the visit the previous day.

The booking process was easy and on time, with information and phone number if you needed to change the time or date. The experienced service engineer was brilliant, very efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Had a visit from Gary today he was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful regarding my boiler.
He has put my mind at rest.
Pleased to say that my boiler had no serious issues.
