AlphaCard.com this company has the best support in the country I had to reload our ID computer and can’t find the software or paperwork. Emailed support for their help with the matter and low and behold the genius that answered the email requested the codes that I just emailed them for God what a brilliant mind. Asking for the very items I am asking for like being in a desert and asking for water for the store telling you that you first have to give them water. Then I initiate a chat with them to try and get the codes and she ask for the email when I went to find it and sent it to her she had hung up on me. This is a great company they treat you like they are doing you a favor by looking like they are helping you then send you to do something, and they hang up on you. Don’t recommend them at all they are real take your money and run.
