strongly rec you avoid this company , went back on what was agreed on the car , was told they would re paint the whole back bumper as agreed in the final invoice then wonted to patch it when they had my money also lied to me saying they should have to send it to a body shop for a week but the salesman obviously forgot i walked into there on sight body shop that was painting a bumper when i turned up to look at the car originally , noticed the door paint was peeling 5 days after taking delivery and was told it was my problem, electric seat has stopped working , cruse control has stoped working and power steering pump failed 1 month into owning and much more , i’ve had to spend over 3k in 2 months on a car i payed 16k for , avoid these cowboys

Told them I was interested in a Boxster, they replied fairly quickly & asked me about my trade in. I replied with photos etc, but they never got back to me, not even to say they weren’t interested

I purchased a 2022 Reg Skoda Kodiaq from Alpha Motors last week - dealing on the run-up to the purchase mostly with Lee the Sales Manager.

As a long-distance buyer, my dealings with both Lee and other members of staff were reassuring, professional and polite and every communication was answered promptly both by email and on the telephone. A query was raised about the car I was trading in and quickly resolved - giving me the confidence that any vehicle I might purchase from Alpha Motors would undergo the same rigorous background checking and examination - boosting my confidence in the professionalism of the company and staff.

On arrival, I was again treated with attention, respect and professionalism all in a very friendly and open manner. Again, this face-to-face interaction boosted my confidence - as I had never before dealt with this company.

The vehicle I was purchasing was prepared to the highest standard inside and out - as well as the engine bay - and I can fault nothing in the presentation of the vehicle, the competent and friendly staff to say nothing of the fair trade-in price for my BMW 5 Series as well as a very fair price for my new (to me ) vehicle. Every effort was made by Lee and his staff to make the transaction smooth, efficient and stress-free.

My trade-in and purchase were dealt with efficiently and with patience as I arranged insurance for my new vehicle - and in less than an hour I was driving my beautiful present Skoda Kodiaq from the forecourt of Alpha Motors.

I would not hesitate for a moment to use Alpha Motors again and highly recommend them even given the fact that I had to travel over 400 miles to do so. You can never undervalue professionalism and trust - and Alpha Motors provided these in full.

In December 2024, I purchased a BMW 525D from Lee at Alpha Motors.

When I picked up the car, I noticed an issue that I hadn't caught during the test drive. I returned the car the same day, explained the problem, and the mechanic requested a test drive. I agreed, and he quickly confirmed the issue, offering to book the car in for repairs. Before leaving, I checked with Lee to confirm that the repair would be covered by my Three-Month Statutory Warranty, and he assured me that it would. The work was completed, and the issue was resolved.

However, a few weeks later, I encountered another problem with the car, and this is where my experience shifted from five stars to one star. I called to explain the issue and was told that I didn’t have a Three-Month Statutory Warranty, which I found confusing, considering the first issue had been covered under warranty. I was then transferred to the Sales Manager, who claimed that the first issue had been fixed as a gesture of goodwill and if I wanted this issue fixing I would have to pay for it myself. During my 15-minute call with the Sales Manager, I felt patronized and belittled. He repeatedly spoke to me slowly, as though I couldn’t understand him. It’s not just about what is said, but how it’s said!

Regardless of whether you’re spending £1,000 or £100,000 on a car, customers deserve to be treated with respect. People work hard for their money, and based on the other reviews, I’m not the only one who feels this way.

I won't be a returning to Alpha Motors again and will take my hard earned cash else where.

Excellent service from Lee from holding the car while we travelled to view, to the professional way the sale was conducted through to collection on the most horrible of wet days all credit to Alpha motors, would highly recommend them, Colin Nicholson.

Very good garage with friendly staff , took my car to get it checked as it was not running good , The mechanic diagnosed the problem and got the car repaired within no time , Would definitely recommend Alpha motors to my family and friends .

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alpha Motors for the preventive maintenance of my vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Driven by my desire to keep my car in excellent running condition—not just focused on passing the MOT—I decided to invest in a range of services, including the replacement of K&N air filters, engine flushing, a complete service, replacing the engine mount bearings, all rubber bushes and washers (including engine mounts and suspension bushes), brake disc replacement, some bodywork, and addressing AC leakages.

This extensive maintenance work took some time to complete, as it involved multiple components and repairs. However, I appreciated the flexibility Alpha Motors provided, allowing me to use my car for local trips as needed and bringing it back when I was free. This accommodating approach was very helpful in minimizing the inconvenience of having my vehicle in the shop.

The team at Alpha Motors is truly exceptional at what they do. Their knowledge in troubleshooting and fixing issues is evident, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results. While there were some delays due to the team's focus on high-priority and immediate support for other customers, I understand that preventive maintenance can sometimes take a back seat. Nonetheless, the quality of their work and their dedication to ensuring my car was in top condition more than made up for any delays.

Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other garages in the Harrow area. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Alpha Motors and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and thorough automotive care.

Delivery of car was on time but arrived filthy with mats slung in boot all of which need throwing, after reading all these reviews online will be taking the car to two local garages in my village for checking. You do have 30 days to lodge any complaints. I shall be going through everything it should be very interesting
