Alpha Service LLC is not a trust worthy Company

From myself to Linda @ Alpha Services LLC
Info: Invoice 38184654- Miss diagnosed issue, both regulators read great, no leaks underground but CCFA replace anyway to alleviate issue and adjusted to 14" of wc. Please come out and recheck @ furnace with no cost.
We had Alpha Service LLC come out and check out furnace which is about 1 year old. When the Tech came, he stated the regulators for the propane were no good, and he could only get 3” of water column from the furnace and said the regulators needed to be replaced. I purchased the regulators and had CCFA come out and replace them, which upon checking, they stated the regulators were fine with 14” of water column, but since I had already purchased them, we replaced them with the new ones. I wanted Alpha Home Services to come and recheck the furnace @ no cost due to the tech mis-diagnosing the original issue. The tech came out rechecked and still only got 3” of water column at the furnace and again charged us the fee again. That’s 2 charges for the same issue which was not really an issue. After sending an email to “Linda” @ Alpha Services LLC, she and I conversed and I asked for them to rescind the charges for the 2nd visit as both were mis-diagnosed by their tech. Towards the end if the emails, after she was going to talk with the owner, all she could do is call me a “Complainer”. My issue was not getting ripped off from her company and for them to correct their issue of charging twice for a “Non-Issue” in the first place. If there are any questions pertaining to this review, I have copies of all email correspondence and are willing to add them to this review.
