After being in a contract with another company for IT support and never getting much help I contacted Alpatech and spoke to Alan who was extremely helpful & friendly. He helped me sort out a number of issues we were having throughout our offices with pc's, printers and franking machine connection issues. It was lovely to speak to someone that did not confuse me with technical terms and got the job done. I recieved more help in 1 hour than in 4 years from previous supplier. thankyou

Priceless Service
After carrying out a review of needs you suggested we look at secure off-site backup for our company data.
Whilst we assumed this was something we would never need, it was a good to know we had another back-up in place.
How wrong we were, when one day we tried to access our hard drive only to find out it had crashed & died. Not a problem we thought as it’s backed up onto another hard drive – again how wrong we were as this had also failed!
Disaster was quickly averted with one call to Alphatech who were quickly able to restore our data from the secure offsite backup.
I cannot thank you guys enough & would hate to think what would have happened if we hadn’t taken your expert advice.
I will continue to happily recommend Alphatech IT Solutions to friends, family and clients, safe in the knowledge that that they can rely on your expert advice & service.

IT Customer Service - on another level
My level of expectation in this field was fairly low, due to past poor service from other providers. This was before I was introduced to Rob and the team by a trusted business associate. I cannot recommend their outstanding service enough. No jargon or excuses. A very friendly, experienced team who just get the job done. Isn't that what everyone wants??
