Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid Al Sagr Insurance
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Al Sagr National Insurance Company while arranging group insurance for my company staff. Their service is absolutely unprofessional and unreliable.
From the start, their agent was non-responsive and unhelpful. Calls and emails were ignored, and when I finally got through, I was given vague and unclear information. It’s clear they have no sense of customer service or urgency.
Even after making full payment, they delayed the activation of the insurance for an unacceptable amount of time, leaving our staff without coverage when it was urgently needed. For a company in the insurance industry, this kind of negligence is shocking.
Trying to reach them in case of emergencies or simple queries is another nightmare. You’re left on hold, transferred endlessly, or ignored altogether. The entire process was stressful and exhausting.
I strongly do not recommend Al Sagr Insurance for any personal or business insurance needs. Look elsewhere if you value professionalism, responsiveness, and peace of mind.
