5 star quality and experience
I have just ordered three shirts from this company. I needed to exchange them for a different size. Their customer service is first class very prompt to answer any questions or problems you may have offering a solution to suit the customer. The exchange process was easy offering a rapid response and in my eyes it is excellent customer service.
The shirts are of good quality they offer a great choice in designs and styles to suit the majority of people. The choice of material feels cool on the skin and the shirts are “breathable”.
A 5 star experience, give them a try, well worth the experience!

Brilliant Service
I ordered a Christmas shirt for my husband. The quality of the shirt is lovely and I was really pleased with it Unfortunately it did not fit 🤦♀️. I contacted customer service and they have been brilliant. Got back to me very quickly and have said I can exchange the shirt for a larger size. I cannot fault both the quality of the shirt and the prompt service I have received. Will definitely use this company again

I have bought a number of these shirts both for myself and as gifts for my friends. They are excellent quality and the designs are always a talking point. The customer service is also good. One thing to note when buying though is that the sizes are very generous.

As for the shirts, well the quality is absolutely amazing, lovely fabric and my first shirt still looks like new and that was several years back. Theres something fundamentally wrong with this company
Bought two shirts. The fit was completely off so I requested a return.
They offered me a 35% refund and two new shirts.
I persisted for a full refund. They increased the offer to 65% and informed me they don't accept returns.
I explained my statutory rights in the UK, and that I know they have a registered office in the UK.
They refunded me the full amount. I appreciate the refund but had to fight way too hard to get my money back when it should be straightforward. They clearly have a system in place to avoid refunding on what is often poor quality or poor fitting garments.
There is something highly suspicious about this company.
