Previously Unable to get a response from Also Home
Yay, eventually got a response by email after sending a chat request. Problem sorted in a matter of hours and a new parcel sent with next day delivery! Thank you. Previous review follows- I ordered some items on 29/12/2023 and have still not received them. My Post Office tracking says they were collected by them on 03/01/2023 but I can’t get through to their customer services (over a 40 min wait). I have sent 2 emails to Also Home, 8th Jan and today to see if they can help but not had a reply yet. I have also rung Also Home 3 times today, phone rings for about a minute then just cuts off!
