Nice chairs
Very nice chairs. Delivery went well even though it was not possible to choose the delivery date.

All went good
All went good. I was managed to install the table without much hassle except one minor issue. One of the nails did not have screws, a production defect I guess.

expensive delivery costs
By mistake I placed my order twice.
That means that I got two times the items with expensive delivery costs and then I was charged to delivery the goods again.
Indeed the pric for return is mention in the website but considering that most of the online shops do the return for free (and also free delivery cost) I would not choose or recommend for Alterego again.
The chance you don´t like an item bought online is quite big so the delivery and returns are quite a important point on online shopping!

Terrible customer service
I ordered a chair, but they made a mistake and sent me a wrong order. It was ok for me and I sent it back. After that I requested my chair, and they said that order will be delivered next week.
Long story short - after 2 weeks I requested a refund (still didn't have my order), and they said they will proceed it. But after 10 days instead of refund they charged my second payment (I split it in 3).
Every time I had to write first. Terrible customer service.
Highly advice to not buy anything from this unprofessional company.

Delay
The delay for receiving our purchased item (two months) is difficult to justify. The explanation provided was not satisfactory and there should be some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

no proper communication about the delivery.
I ordered a delivery on appointment. The order was delivered out of the blue in the most inconvenient time before i even managed to make the appointment. The price-quality is ok.

Beautiful desk, but a few problems...
It is a beautiful desk. The design is fantastic but it scratches at the slightest touch. Everything needs pads under it. That's a shame. If i had known I would have chosen a different material. Putting it together takes a minimum of two persons. It was very awkward to assemble and heavy. It took hours.
